Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to browse cars, compare prices and complete a booking on bintali.ae, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is treated as part of how the website is built, not an add-on.
This statement describes where we are and how to reach us if something doesn't work for you.
The standard we work to
The website is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as its target. In practice that shapes decisions like colour contrast, text sizing, and how forms and buttons are labelled for screen readers.
What we've done
The website uses semantic page structure with proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it, and text alternatives on meaningful images including vehicle photos. Browsing and booking work fully from the keyboard, with visible focus indicators so you can see where you are on the page.
Colour contrast meets the AA threshold, and text scales with browser zoom without breaking the layout. Form fields carry clear labels, and error messages explain how to fix a problem, not just that one exists.
Known limitations
Some vehicle photographs supplied to us may lack detailed descriptions. Content embedded from third-party services, such as maps and payment forms, is controlled by those providers and may not meet the same standard.
We flag these issues to the providers where we can, and we review our own pages on an ongoing basis as the website changes.
